Here's our story:
We started to create GF-Naturals gluten-free flour when our daughter was diagnosed with celiac-disease. Her Grandma & I wanted something that would help her still enjoy baking and eating our favorite recipes. It took a little while to perfect, but we finally got a blend that creates light and fluffy recipes that don't have that bad taste that some gluten-free flours have. Cup-for-cup you can substitute where wheat flour is listed for GF-Naturals flour and you'll have a great gluten-free result!
