A lot of these would make great after school snacks too that are gluten-free through that long stretch between lunch and dinner. You could even take these along with you for a long drive to make that trip just a little easier.
The key to success with eating healthy gluten free snacks is to have them available quickly. Giving your child 2-3 options that they can pick from will also help the process. Of course they will still ask for potato chips or cookies, but be persistent with giving them those gluten-free options and usually they’d rather eat that than be hungry :)
