Gluten-Free Apple Crisp Recipe
Serves 4-6 crisps
Gluten-Free Apple Crisp - Crunchy and Yummy.
1/2 cup – butter
1 tablespoon – butter
6 – apples (peeled, and sliced 1/2 inch pieces)
1 1/2 teaspoons – pumpkins pie spice
2/3 cup – packed brown sugar
2 1/2 cups – gluten free rolled oats
Preheat oven 375 degrees
Use the 1-tablespoon butter and butter bottom and side of a 8 inch baking pan.
Mix apples and pumpkin pies spice and 1/3 cup of the brown sugar. Add to the pan
In a bowl mix add oats, rest of brown sugar, butter that is cut into cubes. Mix into a crumble mixture. Add this mixture to the top of apples
Bake for 40 minutes until topping is golden brown.
Let cool and serve.
These are great just as they are but most people can't resist adding ice cream. Enjoy !
