Gluten-Free Banana Nut Bread
Makes one loaf of bread
Banana Bread at it's best.
Preheat oven to 325 Degree
Mix butter, sugar until fluffy.
Add in eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Then add in milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowlmix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the two bowlstogether and alternate with the bananas, mix well.
Fold in pecans.
Add batter to a greased 9×5 bread pan.
Bake 65-75 minutes or until the center is clean.
Let cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes then move bread to a wire rack. Then serve& Enjoy
