These gluten-free cheese crackers will make you forget all the gluten-filled cheese crackers that you used to eat and love! They are so good to eat on their own or in combination with your favorite cheese board companions.
For this recipe you will only need 5 basic ingredients that you may already have in your pantry!
-GF Naturals Ally Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
-Cheese (block or shredded)
They are super easy to make and come together really quickly, simply place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a dough forms. Then using two pieces of parchment paper, place the dough between them and roll it out to be about 1/4" thick. Carefully peel back the top layer of the paper and then cut with a pastry cutter or pizza cutter. Being very gentle, transfer your crackers to a lined baking tray and back for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Gluten-Free Cheese Crackers
Crunchy, salty and Gluten-Free Cheese Crackers made from scratch using only five ingredients.
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a food processor, pulse the gluten-free flour blend and Xanthan gum. Add the butter chunks and cheese.
Pulse together until it forms a ball (about 2 minutes).
Place the dough between two pieces of wax paper, and roll it out to about ¼" to ⅛" thick.
Using a pastry wheel or pizza cutter, cut into 1-inch shapes/squares. (You could also use a small cookie cutter)
Carefully peel them and place on a parchment lined baking sheet about ½-inch apart.
Poke each cracker with a fork to prevent over-puffing.
Sprinkle with salt, this is optional.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges. Cool on the baking sheet, and store in an airtight container.
