Gluten Free Folded Crêpes

Crêpes are so delicious that we decided to roll-up our sleeves and make a gluten-free option that everyone can enjoy. 

Any Flavor You Like

One of the great things about crêpes is that they are so easy to customize to what you want to taste. For example, you can pack in some protein and add ham, egg and cheese inside a folded over crêpe.  Or if you want something sweet you can add some chocolate spread, top that with some bananas and you have a delicious sweet treat.

Easy as...crêpes

They are so easy to whip up quickly and most of the ingredients you probably have on hand already. You literally mix it up, drop it in the pan and in 3 minutes you have yourself a tasty meal! 

One note: I have tried using a cast iron pan to make crêpes, but they are too heavy for me to lift and tilt to cover the bottom of the pan. So I opted for the non-stick pan because it's so much lighter and easier to maneuver. 


To fold or not to fold

Crêpes are fun to serve in different ways; they can be rolled into a long tube and then you can add your toppings. Or you can make one cut and fold into quadrants.
